Programs & Impact

Work you can measure, change you can feel.

Every Frelude initiative is run under our registered non-profit status (Charity ID: W133009997), designed with residents and reported openly.

01

Community Digital Literacy & Workspace Empowerment

Learning circles held in community centers, schools and riverside settlements. Participants progress from first contact with a device to confident use of email, cloud documents, video calls, online banking and digital safety. Community organizations receive help setting up shared workspaces so they can collaborate, keep records and apply for funding.

  • Engagement plan
  • 8-week foundational course in small cohorts
  • Shared device libraries in partner centers
  • Workspace setup for grassroots associations

02

Social Welfare & Capacity Building

Practical workshops in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, communication and project management, paired with long-term mentorship from volunteer professionals. We focus on women heads of household, small producers and emerging community leaders.

  • Engagement plan
  • Monthly thematic workshops
  • 6-month mentor pairings
  • Micro-enterprise coaching and market access

03

Youth & Community Support

After-school study circles, career guidance and leadership tracks for adolescents and young adults, with accessible learning materials and a safe space to meet. Youth participants design and lead their own community projects.

  • Engagement plan
  • Weekly homework and study support
  • Youth leadership fellowship
  • Scholarship and course-access guidance

04

Public Outreach & Sustainability

Direct support initiatives for vulnerable groups — families in crisis, elderly residents and those affected by seasonal flooding — combined with environmental education that strengthens the bond between communities and the Amazon.

  • Engagement plan
  • Emergency assistance coordination
  • Environmental awareness campaigns
  • Partnerships with local public services

Future outlook

Over the next three years, Frelude plans to extend its learning circles to riverside communities outside Manaus, train local facilitators so programs are led by residents, and build open learning materials in Portuguese and Indigenous languages.

We welcome institutional partners, technology providers and volunteers. All partnership inquiries are handled through info@frelude.life.
